Special State Election

In accordance with the provisions of General Laws chapter 54, section 140, Governor Patrick has set the date of the special state election for Senator in Congress to fill the vacancy caused by the death Senator Edward M. Kennedy for JANUARY 19, 2010. The special state primary will be held on DECEMBER 8, 2009.
