On Monday, June 4, 2012, Sudbury voters who have not submitted a signed and updated census to the Town Clerk’s office will be put on the Inactive Voter List per Mass General Law Chapter 51, Sections 37A and 59. Those on the Inactive Voter List are required to furnish proof of residency and complete an Affirmation of Current and Continuous Residency in order to vote on Election Day. The best way to avoid a delay at the polls is to complete and return a 2012 census. If you cannot locate your census, please contact the Town Clerk’s office.

High voter turnout is expected for this year’s September Primary and November Presidential Election. Maintaining active voter status will assure the smoothest check-in process at the polls. To obtain another copy of your census, please visit the Sudbury Town Clerk’s office located at 322 Concord Road or call 978-639-3351. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM.
