The following from the 2013 Annual Town Meeting have been approved by the Attorney General and Posted in each precinct in Sudbury:

Art. 22 – Amend Town of Sudbury Bylaws, Art. XXV, Capital Planning
(Effective May 7, 2013)
Art. 25 – Amend Zoning Bylaw, Art. IX, sec. 5336(d) and 5435(c) – Sr. Residential and Incentive Senior Developments: Increase Maximum No. of One-Bedroom Units
(Effective May 7, 2013)
Art. 26 – Amend Zoning Bylaw, Art. IX, sec. 6330, Site Plan Procedures
Change Voting Requirement
(Effective May 8, 2013)
Art. 30- Amend Zoning Bylaw, Art. IX – Temporary Moratorium on Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers
(Effective August 19, 2013)
Art. 41 – To amend the Town Bylaws Article III, Town Affairs –
Add New Section, Semi-Annual Town Forum
Claims of invalidity by reason of any defect in the procedure of adoption or amendment for a zoning bylaw may only be made within ninety days of August 19, 2013. Copies of these bylaws may be examined and obtained at the Town Clerk’s office.
