Sudbury is a community that has a supplemental Bylaw to the Massachusetts Wetland bylaw. It is commonly known as the SWAB (Sudbury Wetland Administration Bylaw).

Residents who live in an area requiring Conservation Commission approval to work within the jurisdictional wetlands, are encouraged  to read both bylaws and call or email ConCom@sudbury.ma.us with any questions to assist you before you undertake the proposed project. Thank you.
