The Sudbury Planning Board has appointed a committee to write a Master Plan. The purpose of a Master Plan is to help the Town plan for and guide new growth that may occur in the next 5 to 10 years. The Master Plan will address issues related to land use, economic development, natural and cultural resources, housing, transportation and community services. Many of these issues are complex and may be controversial, requiring Town Meeting votes to implement the recommendations. The Committee has compiled this list of questions to get input from residents on what may or may not be favorably looked on, so that the final Master Plan reflects consensus of the community.

The survey was mailed to every house in Sudbury. You may either complete the paper version of it and mail it to the planning board at:

Sudbury Planning Board
Flynn Building
278 Old Sudbury Road
Sudbury, MA 01776

or bring it to the Flynn Building

or you may complete the survey online.
