Route 20 Zoning Project Presentation

Please join the Planning Board in a discussion with Steve Cecil of The Cecil Group on Wed. March 25, 2015, 7:30 pm at Town Hall. The Cecil Group will present their findings on the Route 20 Zoning Project. This project has examined the current zoning and development along the Route 20 commercial corridor and the potential for expanded development of appropriate size and character as a result of potential future sewer improvements to Route 20.
This meeting will showcase the existing conditions, introduce new concepts and ideas, and illustrate the potential for development and the proper zoning needed to create a Sudbury that can sustain its current business community as well as properly welcome new ones.
The meeting will be televised on Sudbury TV as well.
