Town Issues RFP to Lease Land for New Cell Tower

The Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts invites sealed proposals relative to lease of a portion of Town-owned land for the installation of a Wireless Communication Facility, to be located at the DPW Facility at 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA 01776. Proposals will be received by the Selectmen’s Office at 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA 01776, until July 21, 2014 at 2:00 pm when at such time all proposals shall be opened and publicly read aloud. Requests for Proposals (including instructions, specifications, draft lease terms and forms) may be obtained from the Selectmen’s Office, Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by phone at 978-639-3381, or email to goldenp@sudbury.ma.us . The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, wholly or in part, and to accept any proposal or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
