Through a collaborative effort between the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Community Housing Committee, the Planning Board, the Sudbury Housing Authority and the Board of Selectmen, the Town has published 40B Guidelines to assist in developing projects in Sudbury.  These guidelines provide a solid framework for what the Town would like to see in 40B developments, and  further describe the  Town's process, architecture preferences, and overall goals.  These will be helpful to both the Town Boards and Applicants while hearing the development details, and  outline the ideal project from the Town perspective. It is recognized that while no two projects are the same, and that the guidelines may not uniformly apply to all initiatives, this document provides a common framework for all parties to work with.
