Sudbury to sell two small parcels of unimproved land through a public RFP process

The Town of Sudbury is soliciting proposals for the conveyance of two Town-owned small parcels of unimproved land known as: Parcel 1: Hudson Road, parcel F04-0124, and Parcel 2: Pinewood Avenue, parcel F04-0132.

The Town intends to convey each of the properties individually.  The minimum bid for each of the parcels is $3,500. Other conditions contained in the RFP will apply to the sale. 

The Request for Proposals, containing information and conditions of sale, may be obtained from the Town of Sudbury Department of Planning and Community Development, 278 Old Sudbury Rd., Sudbury, MA 01776, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., or mailed upon request by contacting (978) 639-3387.

Sealed proposals must be received on or before 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at the Town of Sudbury Department of Planning and Community Development, Attention: Beth Rust, Community Housing Coordinator, at the address above.
