Public Hearing on Stormwater Management Permit, Maynard Road

In accordance with the provisions of Article V(F), Section 5.C of the Town of Sudbury Bylaws (Stormwater Management), the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, regarding a Stormwater Management Permit application submitted by SF Holdings LLC, Applicant, to construct one (1) new single family dwelling on Lots E &F, Maynard Road (Assessor’s Map E06, Parcels 0304 & 0305), which will involve the disturbance of approximately 52,000 sq. ft. of land area and which contains areas with slopes greater than 20%.

Copies of the plan and application are available in the Planning and Community Development Office and may be inspected during regular office hours. 

Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed application should appear at the time and place designated.
