Planning Board Adopts New Procedures

The Planning Board adopted application Procedures on October 23, 2013 (effective December 12, 2013), which incorporate amendments to their regulations for Subdivisions, Senior Residential Communities, Incentive Senior Developments, Water Resource Protection District Special Permits and Stormwater Management Permits.

One of the main changes is the requirement to submit all application information (forms, plans and reports) in a searchable, electronic format. It is the Planning Board’s goal to make application materials available to the general public on the Town’s website for ease of access.

All developers and persons submitting applications to the Planning Board after December 12, 2013 will be subject to these additional regulations, and are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the provisions contained in the Procedures.
