The Town of Sudbury Planning Board created a policy providing a process for consideration and approval of capital improvements for addition to the resale price of the homes at Grouse Hill.
The resale price for these homes is restricted based on information found within the Deed Rider. The Resale Price Formula in the Deed Rider does not allow for capital improvements such as maintenance not covered by the Condominium Association.
The policy will allow unit owners to make capital improvements that if not done, would compromise the structural integrity of the property.
