NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 (revised from 12/17 at 8:00 pm due to weather) at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, at 7:00 p.m. pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 61A, Section 9, on the question of exercising the Town’s right of first refusal option to purchase approximately 2.2 acres of land known as Lot B (formerly part of 233 Concord Road), in Sudbury, Massachusetts, shown on a plan recorded with the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds on June 12, 2013 in Plan Book 2013, Plan 401. The parcel is also shown on Town Assessor’s Map H09, Parcel 16 (p/o), owned by Stephen and Sharon Booma.
