Free Annual Memory Screen at COA 11/13/18

 The Board of Health is holding its  free annual memory screening at the senior center on Tuesday, November 13^th from 9:30-11:30am.

The memory screening is not designed to provide a diagnosis, but rather evaluates whether there is a need for additional follow up with a medical professional.
