The solicitation, Scope of Work, and contract documents are available January 18, 2012 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Building Department, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury. A mandatory site visit is required. Responses, including price and other required information, are due at that office by 3 p.m. on February 3, 2012. The work, estimated at $21,000, is expected to commence upon contract signing and be completed by May 31, 2012, unless otherwise agreed. Minimum wage rates have been set for the project.
