In accordance with the provisions of Article V(F), Section 5.C (Stormwater Management), and Article IX, Section 4200 (Water Resource protection Overlay District) of the Town of Sudbury Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, regarding a Stormwater Management Permit application and a Water Resource Protection District Special Permit application submitted by Northern Bank and Trust Company, Applicant, to construct a new 2,500 sq. ft. retail bank building and associated improvements including stormwater management facilities, utility improvements, parking areas, 2 lane remote drive-through facility, landscaping, and lighting at 430 Boston Post Road (Assessor’s Map K08-0077).

Copies of the plan and application are available in the Planning and Community Development Office and may be inspected during regular office hours. 

 Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed application should appear at the time and place designated.
