PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
SUDBURY PLANNING BOARD
FOR THE MAY 5, 2014 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5, the Sudbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 9:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts concerning the following articles on the Warrant for the May 5, 2014 Annual Town Meeting:
1. Amend Zoning Bylaw, Article IX, Section 2326 (Accessory Structures) to replace the words “12 feet in length on any side, or with a maximum gross floor area of one hundred twenty square feet, whichever is less” with the words “16 feet in length on any side, or with a maximum gross floor area of two hundred (200) square feet, whichever is less”.
2. Amend Zoning Bylaw, Article IX, Section 4500 (Wastewater Facilities Bylaw) by deleting this bylaw in its entirety.
3. Amend Zoning Bylaw, Article IX, to add a new Section regulating Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers.
4. Amend Zoning Bylaw, Article IX, Flood Plain Overlay District, sections 4130, 4143, 4181 and 4183.
