We invite you to participate in an engaging and informative discussion focused on addressing affordable housing challenges in our community. This forum is designed to bring together town leaders, policymakers, and community stakeholders to explore practical solutions and share perspectives.
We will be discussing the Housing Production Plan, while also working to demystify common myths about affordable housing. Topics will include zoning regulations, development strategies, and opportunities to create more inclusive housing options in Sudbury.
The goal of the Housing Roundtable is to foster open, ongoing conversations among a broad range of stakeholders, including residents, housing organizations, the Select Board, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Council on Aging, social services, and others.
