Back by popular request is the Conservation Commission’s Friday morning themed walks of protected land in Sudbury. These walks will be held Friday mornings from 9:30am – 11:00am beginning on Sept. 29 with scheduled walks through Nov. 3.  Some of the areas we will visit include Ford’s Folly, Nobscot Mountain during fall migration, and perhaps some of our Water District land.  Other surprises are in store!  There is no charge and no pre-registration for these walks.  The number of participants are limited only by the availability of parking.  Come early and often.  Some walks may be suitable for well-behaved, leashed dogs.  These dog-friendly walks will be noted on the final schedule.  WATCH FOR THIS SCHEDULE to be published next week!!

In addition to these planned Friday morning walks, be on the Look Out for additional “Pop-Up” walks on short notice. These will be posted on the Front Page News of the Sudbury website.
