NEW: ALL PRECINCTS VOTE AT FAIRBANK
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 54, Section 24, the Town of Sudbury has consolidated polling locations. Town Hall is no longer a voting location. Precincts 4 and 6 will vote at the Fairbank Community Center, along with precincts 1,2,3, and 5.
If you have requested a mail-in ballot for the upcoming Presidential Election, expect to receive your ballot in mid-October.

Vote By Mail
Voting by Mail is available for the 2024 Presidential Election. The last day to request a vote by mail ballot is Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 5 pm. If you have requested “All Elections,” then you do not need to send a new application. Ballots will be mailed out 3 weeks before each election. Visit Vote By Mail Applications to learn more.

Notice of Advance Removal of Early Voting Ballots
In accordance with the VOTES ACT, Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, the Town of Sudbury will be opening and depositing Early Voted and Absentee Ballots on the following days and times: To be announced.
ACCESSIBLE VOTE BY MAIL
Accessible vote by mail ballots are available for certain voters. If you are blind or have a vision impairment, have a mobility or dexterity disability, or have another disability that makes it difficult for you to mark a paper ballot, you can request an accessible vote by mail ballot.
