Vote By Mail
Voting by Mail is available for the 2026 State Primary. The last day to request a vote by mail ballot is Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 5:00PM. If you have requested “All Elections,” then you do not need to send a new application. If you are registered as “Unenrolled,” you must specify which of the above ballots you want to receive or you will not receive a ballot. Ballots are mailed out 3 weeks before an election. Notice of Advance Removal of Early Voting Ballots
In accordance with the VOTES ACT, Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, the Town of Sudbury will be opening Early Voted and Absentee Ballots on the following days and times:

ACCESSIBLE VOTE BY MAIL 
Accessible vote by mail ballots are available for certain voters. If you are blind or have a vision impairment, have a mobility or dexterity disability, or have another disability that makes it difficult for you to mark a paper ballot, you can request an accessible vote by mail ballot.

Early Voting in person is available to all registered voters who prefer to cast their ballot prior to election day.
