Notice of Advance Removal of Early Voting Ballots

Notice of Advance Removal of Absentee and Early Voting ballots for the September 3, 2024 State Primary

In accordance with the VOTES ACT, Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022,  the Town of Sudbury will be opening and depositing  Early Voted and Absentee Ballots on the following days and times:

• Thursday, August. 29^th, 2024 through Sunday, September 1^nd 2024, beginning at  10:00 AM each day until completed.
• Location:  Town Hall -322 Concord Rd. Sudbury MA.

Per State requirements, all Vote-by-Mail ballots received after advanced processing, will be processed at the polls.

In accordance with the regulations, no results shall be determined or announced until after the time the polls close on September 3rd, at 8:00 PM. At that time the results from the advance processed ballots will be announced, added to the election day results and posted in a public place.

The Advance Removal of ballots process is open to the public for observation during the above dates and hours.
