Nomination papers and packets to run for office in the 2025 Annual Town Election will be available starting Monday, January 6th, 2025 at the Sudbury Town Clerk’s Office.

The deadline to file intentions/take out nomination papers for the 2025 Annual Town Election is Thursday, February 6th, 2025.

The deadline to return completed nomination papers for the 2025 Annual Town Election is Monday, February 10th, 2025 at the Sudbury Town Clerk’s Office.

The open positions are:

Select Board – Two 3-year terms

Board of Assessors – One 3-year term

Goodnow Library Trustees – Two 3-year terms

Board of Health – One 3-year term

Park and Recreation Commission – Two 3-year terms

Planning Board – Two 3-year terms

Sudbury School Committee – One 3-year term

Lincoln Sudbury Regional District School Committee – Two 3-year terms

Nomination papers and packets for Town offices will be available on Monday, January 6th for both incumbents as well as new candidates. If a candidate is not able to personally come to the Town Clerk’s Office to file intentions to run for office and pick up the nomination papers, the candidate should contact the Town Clerk’s Office by phone at 978-639-3351 or email at clerk@sudbury.ma.us.

Candidates for the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional District School Committee may obtain nomination papers from the District Clerk, Casey Friend, at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, 390 Lincoln Road, Sudbury. Please call the District Clerk at 978-443-9961 x2334 with questions.
