Outreach Information & Referral Specialist
35 hours per week
The Town of Sudbury seeks a highly responsible and qualified individual for the position of Outreach Information & Referral Specialist. This position provides information, referrals and consultations to seniors and their families, as well as assists with coordination of the transportation program. Work is performed in a fast-paced environment under the supervision of the Council on Aging Director. Excellent computer skills are required.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, community health, or related field; 2 years of experience working with seniors, in community or in-patient setting, knowledge of MetroWest elder services network preferred. Minimum requirements are contained in job description posted on Town’s website at www.sudbury.ma.us/departments/HR. Starting salary range: $41,087 to $46,100 DOQ (full salary range to $54,041).
