Enrollment Information
Current employees who want to change their health insurance should use the MyGIC Link Benefits Portal.
Watch this video for an introduction to the portal. If you are enrolling for the first time, email HR at hr@sudbury.ma.us.
Please note that if you are enrolling dependents, marriage and/or birth certificates must be provided. Read more details on required documentation for GIC coverage.

Dental insurance is offered through Altus Dental. FY27 rates are:
- Family plan: $31.86/month
- Individual plan: $12.64/month
